Abstract：
思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,中职院校作为培养高素质技能人才的重要阵地,思政教育改革更是迫在眉睫.如何将2000多万中职学生培养成为社会所需要的高素质技能人才,将是中职院校发展必将面临的重要课题.作者认为,应当从其必要性、党的领导、学校、教师、学生、创新六个方面去努力,让中职院校的思政教育实现质的飞跃.
