    Abstract：

    在高职院校心理健康教育与咨询工作受到的关注与日俱增,但从事心理咨询过程中又会遇到较多的伦理困境,如胜任力不足、多重身份、保密原则、知情同意被忽视等.在高职院校中切实做好咨询工作应多方合力,规范遵循咨询准则,增加继续教育机会,保证充足人力,加大心理咨询工作经费投入.
