    在现今新课改的教学背景下,如何促使学生的全面发展,一直是各个教师在积极探索的问题.而学生作为学习与发展的主体者,在对学生进行教学的过程中,应当以学生发展为核心开发班本课程,引导学生全身心地融入课程学习中,进而为学生构建高效的学习环境,促使学生自身的身心健康成长与长远发展.
