Abstract：
我国正处在互联网技术飞速发展的时代。网络的迅猛发展与学生网络群体的日益庞大，给学生的网络与信息安全提出了新的要求，这样就给正在发展中的中小学生带来很多不良的影响，通过网络传播，就会出现网络诈骗、网络游戏、黄赌毒网络垃圾等，这些都严重的危害了广大青少年学生的健康成长，因此对中小学生进行网络信息安全教育刻不容缓。
