下文当中对中职学生特征及拓展训练价值进行分析探讨，充分考虑中职学生身心需求，对中职体育拓展训练结合方式进行构建，不断创新中职体育教育拓展训练活动，旨在提高中职体育教学有效性与整体质量，促进中职学生身体素质全面提升，适应现代社会发展需要。
