    众所周知，班主任在学生学习过程中起着十分重要的作用，在小学生的生活中也有着很大的影响。班主任相对于其他的任课教师来说，承担着更多的班级管理责任。“爱”是班主任与学生深度沟通、相互了解的推动力，班主任的“严”帮助小学生健康成长，全面发展。这就要求班主任在整个班级管理的过程中，把握“爱”与“严”的限度，扎扎实实地做好班级管理。
