Abstract：
随着社会不断地发展，人们生活水平的提高也让人们的文明不断进步，在物质生活已经得到满足的情况下，大家更开始关注精神和心理层面上的需求。如今各个学校也紧跟着时代的发展，在教育的改革下提出要重视学生的综合素质培养，将学生的身体健康和心理健康作出了同等的重视，尤其是针对高中的学生，由于面临高考，学业繁重，很多学生在紧张的学习下产生不同的心理状态，这些都需要老师和学校能够及时给予重视并疏导，保证学生能够良好的进行学习。本篇文章则针对这一话题展开讨论和探析。
