    Abstract：

    在中学教学中，体育并不是一门可有可无的课程，占用体育课进行文化课的教学是错误的行为，不利于中学生的全面发展。高中体育教学并不仅仅是为了一时的身体锻炼或学习放松。由于高中是一个人各种意识养成的关键期，因此高中体育教学还担负着培养中学生终身体育意识的艰巨任务。学校及体育老师要重视中学生的体育课程，通过多种方式，加强中学生的体育教育，以更好地培养中学生参与体育锻炼的意识。加强高中体育教学，培养中学生对体育的兴趣、爱好，这一行为本身就是塑造中学生终身体育意识的一种体现。
