Abstract：

文章针对高校体育教学工作进行了详细研究和探讨。全文共分为两个部分：第一部分指出高校体育教育的基本状况，主要是必修和选修相结合以及学生的身体素质有待提升这两个基本点；第二部分针对体育课程的有效开展提出相关策略和建议，主要包括教学指令和教学建议相结合以及体育课堂制度的健全与规范化这两点。
