    Abstract：

    随着我国新课改的推进，产教融合、协同育人的教育模式也逐渐受到了广泛的关注。这种教育模式可以让应用性的教育实践性有所提升，为社会培养更多实践能力更强的人才。根据目前的人才培养情况不难发现，我国的实践教育仍然存在一定的问题，需要进一步探索。本文基于PEIM（全称为PartnerEducationInnovationModel）教育理念，首先讨论了当前人才培养存在的问题，其次分析了“产教融合、协同育人”下的应用人才培养模式探究。以供相关人员参考。
