体育游戏在中职体育与健康教学中的有效实践

Abstract：

对于中职学校的学生来讲，他们觉得体育课是枯燥无味的，对体育课的学习兴趣并不高。因此，在体育课堂的教学中，很难得到学生的积极配合。为了改变这一情况，教师可利用体育游戏的方式来开展教学，将学生参与体育活动的积极性进行激发，只有学生喜欢了，才可以真正的投入其中，使得学生在参与过程中对自身素养进行提高。
