    Abstract：

    中职院校肩负着为国家培养实践型综合人才的目标，中职院校能够为社会输送较为新鲜的血液，满足社会当中各个领域的需求。在院校所有专业当中，语文是一项必修的课程。加强语文课程的教学不仅能够提高学生的文化知识积累同时还可以在其中培养他们自身的道德素养，进而促使学生建立起良好的三观。本篇文章就在这样的基础之上，深入探讨了中职院校教学当中以就业为导向的教学开展策略。
