Abstract：

班组安全文化是班组在企业安全文化的基础上,通过班组成员的各种活动实践、认识实践和自我完善的实践,逐步形成的一种潜在的文化.通过安全文化的渗透,开展形式多样的班组安全文化活动,形成企业班组安全文化建设的氛围和环境,最终达到用安全生产的理念和行动保证原油产量的稳定增长得目的 .
