    教育事业改革的不断深入,对教师也提出了更高的要求.在教学中,除了要传授学生理论知识外,还应培养学生的创新能力,这是确保学生未来步入社会中能够快速适应新环境的有效途径.对此,教师可就先学后教模式在初中数学教学中的运用进行分析,以促进学生全面发展以及提高课堂教学质量,进而发挥"先学后教"模式的作用.
