    少先队在德育工作中发挥着非常重要的作用,因此,学校应依据少年儿童特点组织特色鲜明的少先队活动,并把德育思想有机渗透其中,这样既能扩大德育教育空间,还能展现少先队内在价值,改善德育效果.
