    Abstract：

    随着我国经济快速的发展,国家对人才的需求量日益加大,与此同时,中国与世界的接轨,对人才的要求也越来越高.在这种情况下,许多初中学校开始对学生进行高水准的教学,以保证能够跟上国家经济建设发展的步伐.但是教育水平的提升是一个长期、循序渐进的过程.特别是对于教育水平略低于其他地区的西部贫困地区而言,提高教学水平依然存在着很大的难度.
