Abstract：
高等职业教育的教学以学以致用为目的 ,以岗位操作能力为培养目标,按相应专业培养相应的应用型人才.作为中药制药技术专业课程的有机化学、中药制剂,在教学中存在诸多有待提高的问题,有探讨提高教学质量、提高学生技能学习的必要.经过几个学期在有机化学、中药制剂教学工作中的感悟,笔者积累了几点经验,认为可以从以下几方面来提高教与学的质量.
