Abstract：
从2017年接触正面管教以来,笔者丰富了班级管理手段,提高了与学生相处的技巧.特别在面对不善于表达自己情绪的学生时,正面管教给我提供了很大的帮助,不仅改善了师生之间的关系,还通过教师自身的改变,潜移默化地正向影响着学生.也正是因为它对特殊学生的作用,激发了笔者对于自我提升,不断学习的动力,对正面管教也从一开始的质疑,变成现在百分百的信任.
