Abstract：
美术教育是当前时期下对于小学生综合素质发展必不可少的内容,小学的美术教育较为系统化、专业化,传统化,但也因此显得比较枯燥,无法调动小学生的学习兴趣.鉴于此,文章结合笔者多年工作经验,对小学美术教学中的个性培养研究提出了一些建议,仅供参考.
