Abstract：
在素质教育的背景之下,人们越来越看重对学生自主学习能力的培养.我国著名教育家何炳章先生曾经提出了"自育自学"理论,其理论内容主要包括做、学、读、吃、睡、炼、弹、析七个字.虽然只有七个字,但其中却蕴含着非常重要的教育理论思想.本文首先阐述了"自育自学"理论的学习心得,然后通过"引导自学"提高学生课堂表达力实验案例进行分析,其中包括引导学生进行语文课程的预习、引导学生进行语文课堂的思考以及引导学生进行自我评价,从而培养学生自主学习的能力,促进学生课堂表达能力的提高.
