Abstract：
在班主任日常教学管理中,教师的语言、德行、对学生的关爱,都对学生进行了多方面的教育浸润.笔者认为,教师的关爱是打开学生心扉的钥匙;教师的爱,应该体现在平等的对待每一个孩子.一个真正优秀的教师,不单要教会学生明了事理,更要注重德行方面的培养,身体力行地将"德"的要求践行于教学活动的始末.
