Abstract：
改革开放以来,我国平原和山区农村整体上呈现出从贫穷落后到快速发展趋势,近年来出现部分山区农村发的速度超越平原农村的现象.这得益于一系列农村政策出台实施.回顾梳理农村政策演变过程及逻辑,对于进一步完善农村政策,推动农村持续快速发展具有重要意义.
