Abstract：
在小学的各学科教学中,难免受到传统教学方式的影响,教师负责讲授,学生被动的接受.对于小学生而言,注意力难以长时间集中,教师单调的讲解,容易让学生走神,不能对学习引起高度的重视.对此,在教学过程中,教师采用激励的教学方式,来引导学生学习尤为重要.传统文化是时代留下的珍宝,教师在激励学生过程中,渗透相关的传统文化,帮助学生了解文化,激发探索知识的乐趣,增加对学习知识的渴望,教师也缓解自身的教学压力.
