    Abstract：

    伴随着社会经济飞速的发展,社会开始对人才的需求转型为复合型人才,企业开始要求人才不仅拥有专业知识技能,还要具备良好的心理素质,因此,我国高职院校应当在学生管理工作中融入心理健康教育,培养学生的身心健康,促使学生树立正确的道德品质.本文将阐述在高职学生管理工作中融入心理健康教育的意义,为我国高职院校在学生管理工作融入心理健康教育提出有效的教育策略.
