    Abstract：

    在新时代教育发展当中,培养学生的核心素养,是开展小学语文教学的基础,语文学科具有综合性和基础性相融合的特点,在小学语文的实际教学当中开展语文核心素养的培育,首先需要强化基础的语文知识教学,同时还有紧抓学生的语文运用性实践活动,在教学过程中不断渗透语文核心素养.本文研究了新时代基于核心素养视角下的小学语文教学,并给出关于提升小学语文教学中核心素质培养的建议和措施.
