    对班主任来讲,每一个假期都是胆战心惊的,因为学生在假期就会过度放松,以至于成绩一落千丈,一到开学考试就会手忙脚乱,考的一塌糊涂.尤其是在疫情期间的网课,更要抓紧对学生的监管,定期安排家访和见面,多多鼓励与帮助学生,让学生的学习状态不掉队,成绩不下滑.
