Abstract：

中职旅游人才的培养事关整个旅游管理行业的发展水平,近几年来,我国的游客数量依旧在呈上升趋势.游客不仅只有中国人,外国人更是络绎不绝,学生们在走向工作岗位之后要面对形形色色的游客,因此,学生的礼仪素质培养就显得尤为重要.好的礼仪素质能够提升带给游客的服务体验,也能带动整个旅游管理行业的发展.
