    Abstract：

    田径运动不仅有强健体魄的作用,还可以磨炼学生们的毅力.因此,在高中体育教学过程中,田径运动是很重要的一个组成部分.但大多数学校都只重视文化课成绩,从而忽略了体育教育.而在有些学校中虽然开设体育专业课,也硬是将体育教育变成了应试教育,让田径运动失去了原有的运动精神,学生经历一系列枯燥无味的系统训练后逐渐产生了抵触心理.久而久之,高中体育教学始终得不到提升和创新.
