Abstract：

在高职院校中开展气排球运动能够有利于改善学校内部的体育环境,也能够使学校内部的体育形式更加多种多样,因为气排球运动能够实现男女混合参赛,因此学生也容易在这种集体项目中感受到合作的力量,并从中得到相关体育精神的培养,本文也主要围绕在高职院校中开展气排球课程的必要性和可行性进行研究和探讨.
