    Abstract：

    军事基础课程文职教员胜任力即从事军事基础教育文职教员群体中优秀教员与普通教员之间的差异化特征的评定标准.构建文职教员胜任力模型,需要从个人军事素质、理论知识素质、军事教育建设与研究能力、运用科研能力、理论教学能力、技能实践教学能力、岗位实践能力、服务部队能力等八个维度的构建胜任力模型,以此作为选拔、培养、培训、评价文职教员的依据.
