Abstract：
高中阶段的学生呈现出参差不齐的学习状态,各个学生之间存在较大的差异,而想要有效提升高中数学教学的有效性,教师就需要合理分配和安排学生之间的层次差异,并基于此开展分层教学.本文通过"创设课堂教学环境""重视学生主体地位"以及"设立分层教学目标"三个方面展开讨论,希望能够有所帮助.
