    传统教师研修因为没有考虑不同层次教师教学理论水平,导师实际研修可能不符合部分教师的实际发展需求.分层实施教师校本研修,本着引导、规范、激励教师执行校本研修的原则,逐渐引导教师掌握有效的研修方法,全面提高教师的教学水平.
