Abstract：
班主任是班级管理主要责任人,除了承担课程讲授外,还承担学生的德育教育工作.在新时代,社会对人才的要求越来越高,网络的开放性使学生能随时接收到各种信息,这增加了班主任对学生进行管理的难度.文章依托教条式德育及逻辑式德育探讨中学班主任工作的瓶颈与突破对策,以供参考.
