    近几年来我国经济发展越来也迅速，发展水平越来越高，与此同时我国水利工程的需求也处于不断提高的过程当中，并在发展中逐渐显示出许多方面的问题，因此水利工程管理受到了更多的重视和关注，如何设置管理目标，如何制定管理方式，如何更好的适应现代化需求则成为当前所需要重点解决的问题。
