    高中物理虽然是一门抽象的学科，但在实际生活中我们不难运用到物理知识，因此它也具有一定的实践性.正是由于物理学和生活息息有关，所以学生们想要学习物理课程，就一定要学会观察，学会开发思维、举一反三。老师也要重视培养独立思考的能力，授人以鱼不如授人以渔，掌握解题思维对学生来说，比做任何练习都有效果。基于此，本文章对物理思想方法在高中物理教学中的渗透研究进行探讨，以供相关从业人员参考。
