Abstract：
在教育改革逐渐深入的新时期，我国积极落实素质教育思想，在高中班级管理之中，注入全新的德育思想，已经取得了良好的成效。为实现良好发展目标，在对高中班主任管理工作进行开展的过程中，了解教育的艺术，构建和谐师生关系，既可以完善班级管理成效，也可以使整体的管理创新取得良好效果。因此，深入了解高中班主任班级管理过程中的教育艺术和基本方向是十分重要的。
