    在人们生活质量不断提高的背景下，人为种养殖的食品已经不能满足一些人对于口味的猎奇需求，为满足口食之欲，很多人逐渐将目光转向了珍惜的野生动植物，而一些不法人员会不顾法律的约束盗猎滥采珍贵的野生动植物，致使每年珍稀野生动植物被破坏的案件呈现居高不下的趋势，这对森林野生动植物保护与自然保护区管理工作带来了巨大的挑战。
