    Abstract：

    当前，我国正处于经济结构调整优化、转型升级的关键时期。面对新形势与新任务，改革进程中的国有企业应当持续强化思想政治教育工作，增强市场竞争力，进而全面保障企业的思想建设工作。为此，本文首先分析当前国有企业思想政治工作现状及存在不足，针对性的提出创新措施，以期推动企业的可持续健康发展。
