    Abstract：

    义务教育中器乐教学一直存在普及率低、受学校、家长经济影响导致地区城镇农村差异性大的现象。国内外普及教育中都有探索涉及。不仅有教育部、地方教育局的顶层的推广研究尝试，也有学校和教师规划实践培养。经过几十年的探索，两套模式有了一定的效果，但仍然和西方国家有差距和提升空间。对于中国国内的国情可以有自己的发展路线。
