Abstract：

随着经济发展的日益国际化，港口航道工程运输成了社会关注的焦点，也为我国的发展带来了巨大的发展空间和强劲的推动力。本文就是以港口航道工程为例，从工程建设的重要性入手，从安全、进度、质量、成本三个方面探讨了建设监理的重点。以期对今后的监督管理工作有所启示，也为今后的监督管理工作打下一定的基础。
