    Abstract：

    随着时代的发展科技的进步，为了提升我国的素质教育和我国的综合国力，在新课改下作文作为语文学习中占比较大的一部分，对小学的语文作文教学要求更高，要不断加强学生的写作能力不断锻炼学生的写作水平。要对小学语文作文能力进行提高，就要增强课外文章的阅读，加强素材的积累，养成良好的知识体系，逐步提高和完善小学生的作文写作能力，促进学生作文写作的进步与发展。
