Abstract：

人才对企业的发展和竞争起着重要的作用，长期以来人才流失是每个企业都面临的问题，人才的流失对企业最直接的影响就是人工成本的增加，扩大员工心理阴影，影响员工工作积极性等。本文以某电厂投产十年来人才流失情况为例，分析其原因及采取的对策。
