Abstract：
在我国的现代化和技术的快速发展下，医疗保健技术得到了迅速的发展，我国的卫生保健管理机构对高质量的护理观念日益关注，其中包含了全方位、专业化和人性化的关怀护理观念。但是目前，护理人员越来越注重护理技术和科学研究，而随着信息技术在护理中的运用越来越广泛，在某种意义上减轻了护士的工作量，但也会减少对患者的心理支援和引导，使护理工作者在某种程度上忽视了对自己的文化素养的教育；导致护士的人文素质有所降低。
