    党建工作是保证国有企业员工的思想获得高水平指引的重要工作，经营管理工作是决定国有企业盈利能力的关键性工作，实现此二项工作的深度融合，可以使国有企业具备更强的市场竞争力。本文首先对国企党建工作与经营管理工作深度融合存在的问题进行了总结，并结合国企创新发展的具体需要，制定了提高党建与经营管理工作深度融合的具体策略。
