Abstract：
文化馆在群众声乐培训中发挥着重要的作用，但存在“重理论轻实践”“重技巧轻情感”等弊端，为此，我们认为对群众进行声乐培训既要吸收传统培训法的长处，发挥教师的特长，又要顺应时代发展，激发学生的潜能，通过多媒体运用等方式实现教学相长。
