    Abstract：

    随着我国城市化建设进程的不断发展，地铁建设的数量也逐渐增多，地铁工程是一项复杂的地下轨道建设，对于市政工程中的管线有着很大的影响。在地铁建设的前期需要结合建设区域市政管线的分布特点进行分析，做好管线的迁改与保护工作，从而为地铁建设及城市的规划做出贡献。在本文的研究中重点研究了地铁施工前期中市政管线的迁改与保护，并探析了BIM技术在其中的作用及应用，旨在为城市交通建设提供可靠方案。
