Abstract：

国有企业基层党组织是党在国有企业的重要基层党组织，是党统领企业的重要保证。而工会组织是在党领导下的群众组织，是党联系群众的重要桥梁和纽带。随着国有企业改革的不断深入，加强党的建设一直是国有企业发展的重点而党建带工建成为了企业的共识，需要进一步在实际工作过程中落实党建带工建的要求。
