    问题情境是一种特定的心理情境，属于将困惑、矛盾等联系在一起的心理状态，因此，问题情境也是一种可以促进学生积极、主动和自由地想象、思考以及探索解决问题或者发现规律的氛围。在实施小学数学教学的过程中，有效问题情境的创设对学生的学习和发展均有着积极的作用和意义。
