Abstract：
新课标要求教师在教学过程中，要尊重学生的教学主体地位，尽量以引导教学、体验式教学等教学手段，来培养学生的独立思维能力与自主学习能力。就当前小学数学自主学习的效果来看，存在有效性较低的问题，对此，教师应针对学生自主学习的各个阶段，分析相关问题出现的具体原因，进而发挥自身的教学引导的职责，逐步提升小学生的自主学习效率。
