Abstract：
在当前新课改政策的落实过程当中，教师在实际教学当中应该要更加重视对学生综合素养的培养。在课堂教学当中，小组合作教学法与课堂教学进行融合在实际教学活动当中有着重要的意义，学生在学习与合作的过程中不仅能够利于学生形成优秀的团队合作意识，提高学生综合素养，也能够让学生在学习的过程中更加深入地了解相关的数学知识，提高课堂教学效果。因此，本文主要对小组合作学习能力在小学数学课堂中的培养方式进行探究与分析。
